Prior to founding Eclipse Mr. Carroll started and developed JPL Electronics’ Connecticut nuclear medicine imaging equipment service operations. As a Systems Specialist he rendered expert assistance to JPL field engineers solving difficult service issues.
Bill started and developed the Picker nuclear medicine product line for Medi-Ray’s nuclear medicine equipment service business. He successfully started and developed Nuclear Technologies Corporation nuclear medicine imaging equipment service business as an adjunct to Nuclear Technologies collimator manufacturing business.
His experience also included supporting field engineers servicing Picker’s nuclear medicine product line. In addition, he served as the factory technical representative addressing service /and or warranty issues and supported field engineers world wide. His responsibility also involved acting as liaison between the factory and Pickers’ German manufacturing facility, and between the factory and Picker’s Asian distributor, Hitachi Medical Corporation.
Mr. Carroll brings specialized expertise in Wackers Liu Cardiac Quantitation. He served as program developer under license to Yale, and provided cameras and services in all of the Amen Clinics.
From a Senior Test Technician to running entire nation-wide sales and service groups, to founding Eclipse Systems, Inc., Mr. Carroll has earned the trust and respect of the nuclear community. He maintains membership with the Society of Nuclear Medicine, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, American Healthcare Radiology Administrators and is often a guest lecturer/presenter.
